EST Kinnisvara, is a real estate company founded in January 2003 by Eva Kams to offer a professional service in the Estonia’s increasingly copetitive property market, including full-scale real estate development from project management to final sales and brokerage.

EST Kinnisvara is also associated with Fest-Forest Ltd, the forest investment management company, to assist its clients in identifying and developing the non-forestry aspects of their properties.
